The Property Management Division holds licensing in Tennessee and North Carolina, and works with individuals, investors, and corporate clients to effectively manage properties ranging from vacation rentals and single-family homes to multi-family complexes and commercial centers thoughout the Mountain South.

The Construction and Remodeling Division holds licensing in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. We provide design/build services to individuals, investors, corporations, and municipalities ranging from maintenance and remodeling to custom home and small commercial construction. We are Certified Green Builders to the ANSI ICC National Green Building Standard and are winners of the 2009 Northeast Tennessee Builder of the Year Award.

The Excavation and Utilities Division is licensed in North and South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia, and provides site preparation services to individuals, investors, corporate clients, and municipalities ranging from homesite preparation and driveway construction to subdivision infrastructure development and highway construction.
