T. C. Lewis & Co.'s Contruction and Remodeling Division offers design/build construction services on virtually any scale. Construction services range from small commercial to multi-family to custom single-family residential, along with commercial build-outs, additions, remodeling, and restoration projects. All projects are led by experienced project managers with great knowledge and expertise in their respective field(s). We can provide in-house site preparation work through our Excavation and Utilities Division when necessary to cut costs and ensure proper preparation. The Division works and holds licenses in Western North Carolina and Northeast Tennessee, and services are offered to individual clients, investors, municipalities, commercial, and corporate clients.

The Construction and Remodeling Division is consistently recognized for our commitmet to innovation and perfecting groundbreaking technologies involved with green building. We have been at the forefront of the green building movement and continue to blaze new trails in the field through the use of a combination of common sense and practical design to cutting edge building materials and construction methodology.

T. C. Lewis & Co. employs a Certified Green Professional, HERS Rater, and Green Verifier. The option is offered to clients to have projects certified through the ANSI ICC National Green Building Standard that works to reduce the carbon footprint, construcion waste, impact on the property, and utility costs by at least 30%, as well as qualifying for many tax credits.
