needed/requested and take a project from concept to completion. We can
provide site analysis and selection, perform feasibility studies, broker the
purchase, provide land planning and design, obtain city/county/state approval,
excavate and build roads, install utilities, pave, build homes/multi-family/
commercial buildings, and broker the sale or lease of the finished product(s).
We have an in-house marketing division that develops names for projects,
necessary websites, brochures, signage, and other marketing materials
specific to the project.

Dollar Investments. We have helped clients with finding homes to “flip,” homes
to rent, multi-family complexes, commercial and industrial site selection,
residential and commercial investment properties (golf course development),
and land for residential development. We also have the unique ability to bring
real estate investors to our sellers’ table for properties that are possible

We do this through various tours and meetings held routinely. For example, we
lead a monthly Investor Foreclosure Tour throughout various areas in the
Mountain South. We bring along a banker, home inspector, and real estate
consultant to provide a brief educational session before each tour begins about
the process of purchasing foreclosures and insight about real estate investing in
general. We also have an investors club for serious investors, or new folks who
are serious about investing that works to provide a forum for discussion, insight,
and fresh ideas from people on all levels of real estate investing.
