We do this through various tours and meetings held routinely. For example, we lead a Foreclosure Investor Tour (monthly) throughout various areas in the Mountain South, and provide an educational session before the tour starts about the process of purchasing foreclosures and insight about real estate investing in general, along with answering questions during the tour. We also have an investors club for serious investors, or new folks who are serious about investing that provides a forum for questions, insight, and fresh ideas from people on all levels of real estate investing.
