We can provide site analysis and selection, perform feasibility studies, broker the purchase, provide land planning and design, obtain city/county/state approval, excavate and build roads, install utilities, pave, build homes/multi-family/commercial buildings, and broker the sale or lease of the finished product(s). We have an in-house marketing division that develops names for projects, necessary websites, brochures, signage, and other marketing materials specific to the project.

We do this through various tours and meetings held routinely. For example, we lead a monthly Investor Foreclosure Tour throughout various areas in the Mountain South. We bring along a banker, home inspector, and real estate consultant to provide a brief educational session before each tour begins about the process of purchasing foreclosures and insight about real estate investing in general. We also have an investors club for serious investors, or new folks who are serious about investing that works to provide a forum for discussion, insight, and fresh ideas from people on all levels of real estate investing.
