T. C. Lewis & Co.’s Construction and Remodeling Division offers design/build construction services on nearly any scale by licensed contractors and experienced project managers. Construction services range from small commercial to multi-family to custom single-family residential, along with commercial build-outs, additions, remodeling, and restoration projects. All projects are led by contractors with great knowledge and experience in their respective field(s). We can provide our own site preparation work through our Excavation/Utilities Division to cut costs to the client and ensure that the site is properly/less invasively prepared. For most projects, T. C. Lewis & Co. also provides one contact person for the client from concept to completion for any question relating to the project. It works to keep the client more involved in understanding the process and provides more input for customization (without adding expense) from the client throughout.

We have been at the forefront of the Green Building movement and continue to blaze new trails in the field through the use of a combination of common sense design and cutting edge building materials and construction methodology, working to greatly reduce utility costs, carbon footprints, construction waste, and the overall impact of construction on the environment. T. C. Lewis & Co. offers this option to clients to build to the ANSI ICC National Green Home Standard developed in cooperation with the National Association of Homebuilders.
