Lewis & Co.’s Excavation/Utilities Division is equipped with an immense inventory of equipment to offer excavation and utility services on virtually any scale by licensed contractors and experienced operators.  We offer all phases of site preparation, including: Site planning, underground utilities (water and sewer lines/mains), pumpstations, storm drainage, clearing and grubbing, building pads preparation, and highway/road and parking lot construction.  Site preparation services can range from municipal work to commercial to residential.

The Excavation/Utilities Division understands that there’s more to preparing a site than mowing down trees and shuffling dirt from one place to another.  We look at cost-effective ways to prepare a site to capitalize on its maximum potential, while taking into consideration the natural lay of the land and its natural features.  We want to reuse as much of the organic waste produced by the clearing process as possible on-site, while minimizing the need to haul debris off-site to other locations or landfills.
