Services are available to single-family and multi-family residential and commercial properties for individuals, corporations, and homeowners associations - all are covered by our plethora of services.We work to secure qualified tenants through a thorough credit and background check where we develop a tenant score (much like a credit score), that quantifies and summarizes the pros and cons of the potential tenant. We provide lease contracts and supporting paperwork and documentation for a variety of possibilities that can be modified to fit all needs. T. C. Construction and Remodeling
T. C. Lewis & Co. Construction and Remodeling offers design/build construction services. Construction services range from small commercial to multi-family to custom single-family residential, along with commercial build-outs, additions, remodeling, and restoration projects. All projects are led by experienced project managers with great knowledge and expertise in their respective field(s). We can provide in-house site preparation work as needed to cut costs and ensure proper preparation. Services are offered to individual clients, investors, municipalities, commercial, and corporate clients.T. C. Lewis & Co. Construction is consistently recognized for our commitment to innovation and perfecting groundbreaking technologies involved with green building. We have been at the forefront of the green building movement and continue to blaze new trails in the field through the use of a combination of common sense and practical design to cutting edge building materials and construction methodology. Cory is the founding President of T. C. Haize Lewis
Haize is a co-founder of T. C. Lewis & Co. and serves as Vice President and head of the Property Management Division. She holds real estate licensing and works closely with the Real Estate Division as well.During her tenure, Haize has founded and developed the Property Management Division for T. C. Lewis & Co., been key to expanding the efforts of the Real Estate and Construction/Remodeling Divisions, while earning certification as an EcoBroker (the first in the Southeast), graduating the NETAR Leadership Program, graduating the Pal's Institute for Corporate Business Management, having been named one of the Top 40 Under Forty by the Business Journal, and voted the Tri-Cities Favorite Realtor by the Johnson City Press.Haize is from the mountain town of Robbinsville, North Carolina. She took her innate, natural competitve drive and leadership with her to college - attending Western Carolina University. There she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. With a background in public relations, marketing, and banking, Haize worked in Charlotte, North Carolina's competitive banking industry following graduation. She eventually gave in to the call of the mountains and moved to Northeast Tennessee where she opened a successful bar and restaurant (HALO) in downtown Johnson City. She sold the place after five years and used the capital to become a co-founding partner in T. C. Lewis & Co.Over time, T. C. Lewis & Co. has grown and expanded and been recognized for its dedication to customer and community service, and Haize has been integral to that. She often heads up area non-profits and fundraising efforts, including co-founding Young Professionals Tri-Cities (YPTri), and she serves on various committees throughout the Appalachian region.

Katie Mayes
Katie is orginally from Middlesboro, Kentucky and moved to Johnson City to pursue a degree in Engineer Technology and Digital Media from East Tennessee State University. After graduation, Katie went on to work for a local, private college before coming to T.C. Lewis & Co. in the spring of 2010. As the Marketing & Division Coordinator at T.C. Lewis & Co., Katie oversees the many websites, marketing and advertising needs, along with meeting the indivual needs of real estate brokers company-wide as they market properties. Cody Lewis
Cody was born in the mountains of Western North Carolina in the small town of Sylva. His childhood was spent hunting, playing sports, and riding horses with his dad, grandfather, and older brother Cory. Cody gained his appreciation for the value of business relationships by working with his parents and decided to follow their example in all of his business ventures. He graduated Suma Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Business Management. Florida State’s College of Business is recognized as the nation’s No. 9 Real Estate school and is known for its award winning research and faculty. He also obtained his MBA focusing on Finance from FSU.During his time at FSU Cody was fortunate enough to be selected by the College of Business to meet with Warren Buffett at his headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. Cody was greatly impressed by Mr. Buffett’s down to earth nature and life-long devotion to family business. Over lunch the two discussed the importance of lasting relationships in business which cemented Cody’'s belief that creating such relationships is the only avenue to success.Cody is the resident financial guru with the company offering financing options and advice to clients.

He is from Johnson City and has traveled extensively throughout Europe, The Middle East, Central and North America. His parents are from Knoxville, TN and his father works for the Tennessee Valley Authority, but Kelly has spent most of his life in Johnson City, Tennessee.Kelly works with buyers, sellers, and investors in both residential and commercial real estate, along with vacant land properties. He has begun purchasing property internationally and can help clients realize the potential that the international market can offer. He hopes to pursue his MBA in the near future to further hone his knowledge and better serve clients.
